Selling your property can be a difficult process, made only more difficult by potential buyers feeling unsure of whether your property is right for them. A Pre-Sale Inspection report can be the one thing needed to close the sale, giving your potential buyers peace of mind that they not only know exactly what they are buying, but that they are buying from someone they can trust.
When we carry out your Pre-Sale Inspection, we will thoroughly inspect the property's following areas:
• boundary area, including fences, driveways, paths and outbuildings
• sub-floor area, including piers and footings, framing and termite caps
• roof cavity, including framing and insulation
• house interior, including door and window frames, walls and trimmings
• external roof, including tiles, flashings, guttering and downpipes
• exterior, including external walls and outdoor living areas
We will provide a report to you within 24 hours, which will include a detailed account with colour photographs of the state of each of the areas examined.
We will alert you to any major defects found in the property, and can recommend local and reliable trades-persons we trust to carry out any repairs you may wish to have completed.
All of our Pre-Sale Inspections are carried out in accordance with Australian Standard 4349.1.
